North Korea and their precious item : cement

North Korea is in dire need of cement for their new construction project that will be used for heavy pro-government propaganda. When cement wasn't one of the items that South Korea is sending to North Korea in light of their recently natural disaster, the North Korean government changed its mind and refused the support altogether. They are now insulting South Korea for not sending them what they need. It is truly pathetic.
